Mr. Michael L. (Moshe) Fine

Michael L. (“Moshe”) Fine, Esq., has 25+ years of diverse experience in transactional law and litigation. Michael recently relocated to the greater Lakewood, New Jersey, area from Ohio. Having formerly been the co-managing attorney of a boutique employment and complex commercial litigation law firm and having founded his own private practice in Ohio, Michael brings strong project and case management experience as a founding principal member at Zand & Fine LLC. His background includes real estate transactions; negotiating investment deals domestically and internationally; advising on clients’ contract and employment matters; and litigating business, employment, consumer fraud, and class action cases. Michael has also served as a mediator and arbitrator, and he currently arbitrates payment disputes between medical providers and insurance companies. Michael has active licenses to practice law in New Jersey and Ohio.
